Since 1996, Longxin has been operating an advanced M.E.K.P.O. production facility with an annual capacity of 8,000 tons. Additionally, our UPR production facility boasts a capacity of 50,000 tons, and our accelerator plant produces 2,000 tons annually. All of our operations are managed through sophisticated Automatic DCS and SIS systems control, ensuring the highest standards of precision, safety, and efficiency in our production processes.

(1) Water content and designed hydrogen peroxide content in final MEKPO solution are two key data to application. H-27 has an extremely low water content as max 3.0% and also extremely low content of polar compounds, so H-27 assures quality in almost every system, suitable application are hand lay-up, spray-up.

(2) Highly recommend H-27 to be used for marine application and gelcoat.

(1) N-38’s typical feature are fast and consistent exotherm which is helpful to a high productivity request, suitable for both reinforcement and un-reinforcement.suitable application are hand lay-up, spray-up.

(2) N-38 is particularly designed for balance between good performance and cost-effective, but not recommend to take N-38 for application of marine and gelcoat.

Storage

Due to the relatively unstable nature of organic peroxides, a loss of quality can be detected over a period of time. To minimize this loss, Longxin recommends a maximum storage temperature (Ts max.) of 25°C.

Note: According to Longxin, an unopened container remains safe for 6 months when stored as per our specified conditions.

Packaging and Transport

The standard packaging is a 5L HDPE can and 25L HDPE can (LXPOS®) for 25kg peroxide solution. Both packaging and transport meet the regulations for flammable and dangerous goods (GB190). LXPOS® is classified as Organic peroxide type D; liquid; Division 5.2; UN 3105.

Safety and Handling

Keep containers tightly closed. Store and handle LXPOS® in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of heat or ignition and direct sunlight. Never weigh out in the storage room. Avoid contact with reducing agents, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds.

Please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for further information on the safe storage, use, and handling of LXPOS®. This information should be thoroughly reviewed prior to acceptance of this product.

Treatment

A small amount of peroxide waste liquid can be absorbed by diatomaceous earth or sand. Splashed MEKP should be absorbed using fine sand. All residual objects of MEKP must be thoroughly cleaned.

Residues on concrete floors can be washed with soapy water. For residues on wooden floors, clean with ethanol and acetone first, then rinse with water or directly with carbon tetrachloride. Wood chips or paper soaked in MEKP are highly flammable and must be handled with care.
